Establish Hospital Ward for Special Needs Children
What is the aim of this campaign?
As with the day-to-day activities of disabled children, their treatment also requires specialised support and attention. There are various types of disabilities which requires specific treatments, such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy etc. There are hardly any such facilities available in Bangladesh.
Disability Trust Care UK would like to establish a hospital ward with specialised support and facilities for children with special needs. The ward would be established within an existing hospital by way of improving the facilities and introducing specialised equipment and possibly limited personnel support.
Who will benefit from your donation?
Donations given to this campaign will mainly benefit children with special needs that require specialised medical hospital support in Bangladesh
What will we do?
Under this campaign, we aim to establish:
- A hospital ward with specialized equipment and personnel
- A mechanism for sustainable service provision
- Support for at least 1200 children with special needs
